What We Do

Since 1969, Rowlee Construction has built a history of delivering high quality turn-key commercial and industrial construction projects delivered on time and on budget throughout the Central New York area.

We are a family run general contracting business, hands on in the field and on top of things when it counts. What sets us apart from others is that we self perform many key areas of the building project .That is how we have made our name and built our reputation over the years.

We have built everything from drug stores, restaurants, banks, and funeral homes to factories, fire departments, and highway garages. Some of these projects have been done for local customers in our area that you may not recognize, however some of the names of regional and national customers you may have heard of. These consist of Pizza Hut, Kinney Drugs, Dunkin Donuts, Rock-Tenn, and Nucor to name a few.
